Cancellation + Reschedule + No Show Policy

NP has a 12-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for sessions other than the Reformer Pack.
Any sessions cancelled, rescheduled, or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full session cost.
What is a no-show? Not attending a scheduled session within 15 minutes after the session start time.
If you feel you may be late for your session, please notify your instructor.
There will not be a charge for cancellations and reschedules made more than 12 hours before the session.
Please arrive at your sessions 5 minutes early and notify your instructor if you are running late.
